Weekly Update - May 11th - May 17th 2026
Hello FAST families,
Awesome job to all our Aquanauts that competed in Premier Festival this weekend! Great to see our younger swimmers out racing.
Also, amazing work to our three swimmers (Sara, Sophia, and Anton) who were selected for and attended the Atlantic Prospects camp this weekend in PEI. They got to train with Swimming Canada's National Coach, Mark Perry, and with other selected swimmers and coaches from PEI, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland!
Pretty normal schedule this week! But there are a few events coming up in the next little while so please read through to the end for information.

Senior: Monday AM next week (May 18th) if canceled.
Senior & HP: Please note that the LC practice on Sunday (May 17) is in addition to Saturday AM, not a one or the other like it has been

Save the Date: Swim-a-thon

The Swim-a-thon is our team's biggest fundraiser every year and is a fun team building opportunity for the swimmers.
Mid-Season Parent Meetings
Stay tuned for upcoming group parent meetings in the coming few weeks.
These meetings will be geared toward specific group needs, issues, or information, and it is highly encouraged that each family has representation at each of their swimmer's groups' meetings.
Grad Celebration
This year's grad celebration will be held on May 26th at the New Maryland Center from 6:00-8:00pm.
We hold this event every year to celebrate our graduating swimmers, reminisce over memories of their swimming career, and wish them well as they enter the next exciting chapter of their lives!
This event is open to all competitive swimmers, but as we have limited space, only parents/guardians of graduating swimmers are invited.
