Weekly Update (September 15-21)
Hello FAST families,
It’s been great to see everyone back this week, whether it be in the pool or during dryland training. Welcome back everyone!
We are excited to be bringing back our “Aqua-News” Newsletter this year! You can look forward to a new issue quarterly. These newsletters are full of useful information on upcoming events and fundraisers, and helpful tips for parents/guardians of athletes. Please see the attached file.
Below is our schedule for the coming week. Please Note:

HPC times have been bumped up 30mins during the week compared to last year.

Fall Classic Water Station
We are still looking for 1 more parent and 11 more swimmers to volunteer at our water station for the Fall Classic run. Please sign up your swimmer at the link in the table above.
Gently Used Clothing Gear – post for sale online
If you have any gently used FAST Clothing/Gear now is a great time to sell it., please send fastswimmingoffice@gmail.com the following information and we will post it for you:
- item description, size, colour
- photo of the item
- sale price
- email address or phone number to be published on the ad
We will post this information for you; any interested buyers will contact you directly to arrange the sale. Let us know what items sell and they will be removed. If you have any items to donate, we'd be more than happy to pass them along to someone in need.
