Weekly Updates - June 8th - 14th 2026
Hello FAST families,
Swim-a-thon week is upon us as well as our last Invitational of the season!
Please read the schedule carefully as there are a few changes due to Swim-a-thon and coaches being away for the meet.
Also, thank you to our volunteers who came out to the Fredericton Parks and Trails Day event on Saturday! It was great to see so much interest in our program 
Please Note:
Aqua 1: No dryland on Monday (June 8th), swim is still on. Swim-a-thon on Tuesday (June 9th) 4:45-6:30pm. Parent meeting Thursday (June 11th) 5:00-6:00pm.
Aqua 2: Swim-a-thon on Tuesday (June 9th) 4:45-6:30pm. Parent meeting Thursday (June 11th) 5:00-6:00pm. Friday (June 12th) is moved to 4:45-6:15pm at the FIP.
Aqua 3: NO practice Tuesday (June 9th) due to Swim-a-thon. Parent meeting for anyone who missed last Sunday, can join Thursday (June 11th) 5:00-6:00pm. NO practice Friday (June 12th), and NO practice Sunday (June 14th) due to the Invitational meet. Saturday AM is bumped back a bit, 7:00-8:45am at the FIP.
Aqua 4: NO practice Friday PM (June 12th). Saturday AM (June 13th) is moved to UNB from 6:15-8:00am. NO practice Sunday PM (June 14th)
Senior: Monday (June 8th) is Swim-a-thon 4:45-6:30pm during normal practice time. NO practice Friday PM (June 12th).
HP: Monday (June 8th) is Swim-a-thon 4:45-6:30pm during normal practice time. NO practice Friday PM (June 12th).
Aqua 4 switch, Aqua 4, Senior, and HP please sign up on the events page for June 20th LC practice by Wednesday, June 17th!

Swim-a-thon
June 8th, 4:45-6:30pm - Senior & HP
June 9th, 4:45-6:30pm - Aqua 1 & 2

The Swim-a-thon is our team's biggest fundraiser every year and is a fun team building opportunity for the swimmers!
Mid/End of-Season Parent Meetings
Our last meeting is Aqua 1&2 - June 11th 5:00-6:00pm in Rm C210 in the LB Gym
Any Aqua 3 parents that were unable to attend your group's session, please feel free to join this meeting!
This meeting will be geared toward specific group needs, issues, or information, and it is highly encouraged that each family has representation at each of their swimmer's groups' meetings.
End of Season
Aqua 1 & 2 will be done for the season on June 21st, finishing with the QPlex Outdoor meet!
Aqua 3 will be done for the season on June 28th. Any Aqua 3 swimmers doing switch with Aqua 4 may continue with the Aqua 4 practice until July 31st.
Aqua 4 will be done official training on July 9th, but will have optional training until July 31st.
Senior will be done official training on July 9th, but will have optional training until July 31st.
HP will have optional, but highly suggested, training until July 31st.
